Unusual!: Because you used the term unusual i think prudent to get checked out. Perhaps a kidney infection? To ascribe it to menstrual cramping is problematic. Perhaps even an ectopic pregnacy? Because of the possibilities I have no choice but to advise you to get it checked out asap.

U can go to an: Urgent care and ask for stronger meds like narcotics. We usually prescribe higher dose of Ibuprofen - 600 mg 4x a day or 800 mg 3x a day.
