None: To my knowledge, there are not any foods which can specifically affect your hormones in a significant manner. There are foods that are higher in phytoestrogens , such as yams, but I haven't heard of reports or studies showing that consumption of these foods affects one's menstrual cycle. Our menstrual cycle is determined by our ovaries. When it stops is nearly preprogrammed into the ovaries.
