Depends: Hard to say not knowing what the injury/diagnosis was for your foot. Your doctor might know enough to at least help give you some physical therapy exercises appropriate to the diagnosis so certainly discuss this predicament with him/her. I've also had situations where the physical therapist or doctor is willing to help out regardless of insurance coverage. You never know, so don't give up.
