Reflux: Sounds like gerd check it out step one - stop eating things that cause reflux; do not eat too late at night; do not drink alcohol; avoid coffee and caffeine.

Nausea after eating: The stomach is a complicated bag that starts the process of digestion with stomach acids and enzymes. Reflux or heartburn happens when some of that backs up into the esophagus. Coupled with the nausea, it sounds like some delay in gastric emptying. I would recommend smaller portions, more frequently throughout the day, lower the carbohydrate intake, intake of spicy foods and caffeine.
