Broad differential: Cannot answer this without seeing the rash, but given the distribution being on the cheeks and nose, would recommend seeing a doctor to make sure this is not a rash associated with autoimmune disorders. Since this is oozing at times and burning, would also recommend avoiding direct sun exposure and wearing a wide rim hat until this is evaluated further.
