Symmetric?: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/androgenic_hair this link shows typical distribution of hair growth on the legs. Obviously some areas can be expected to have less hair than others. But the key here is that the distribution is fairly symmetric (left versus right). If you are talking of something different let us know.
