Diabetes: The most common cause i see during practice is diabetic neuropathy. This means your blood sugar has been elevated for a long time and has damaged the nerves in your feet. Other causes of tingling in your feet are electrolyte abnormalities and chronic alcohol use. You should consult your physician for possible causes. Sometimes medications can cause this problem.

Several causes: Could be peripheral neuropathy, but might be secondary to lumbar stenosis. Your doctor should be able to sort this out.
