Not usually: Usually, your blood pressure will begin to fall with severe hypoglycemia; however, the blood pressure response during different levels of hypoglycemia, can become poorly regulated and fluctuate between higher, normal, and/or lower blood pressures. See your doctor to make sure you have not developed chronic hypertension.
