: I would say it is important to correct salt imbalance that may come from sweating but I am not familiar with your 'salt solvent'. It may be more important to keep up with fluid intake and adequate nutrition but some people like to use electrolyte liquid that may be similar to the salt solvent but be careful to know what is in the solution.
