Get checked: If the urine looks cloudy, has an unusual odor, and/ or you have noticed increased frequency or pain , an infection may be present. It is also possible you are seeing particles that may be originating from the vagina.

Do a micro UA: You must see a doctor who can order a urinalysis with microscopic evaluation. If you have burning, frequency and/or urgency you may have an infection. Best to see your doc. Good luck!
