My lmp was 23 feb, hpt neg on 5apr , had scan on 8 apr which shows a gestational sac of 4weeks 4days, periods cycle 35days, 2day hpt is neg, im worried?

Unclear: You need to see an obgyn to confirm that you are in fact pregnant and that the finding on the ultrasound is actually a gestational sac. Both things can not be true at the same time --- you can not have a gestation sac and a negative pregnancy test. One of these is incorrect.
