For fatigue: If you haven't had a blood test recently, you should get one to make sure you are taking the right amount of medicine. Otherwise, a healthy lifestyle includes plenty of rest, stress reduction techniques, adequate physical exertion on a regular basis and a healthy diet. A so-called "Mediterranean diet" is considered optimal for health.

Depends...: If after correction of your Hypothyroidism....TSH you feel this way....you have other medical problems...like Diabetes/ anemia/B12 deficiency ( if vegetarian ). that needs to be explored and treated. Need to take your thyroid medicine early morning in empty stomach. Get your stool examined for ova and parasites.
