Just recovered from being really sick. had long bed rest. now i get wore out so fast and legs and lower back hurt after being active. what can i do?

Deconditioning: If you had a long best rest for your illness, you are probably quite de-conditioned. You will need to "train" yourself to get back to normal. Exercise and good nutrition are the ticket out. Be patient with yourself.
