Yes, it could be: Liver cysts and hemangiomas are for the most part, benign, but they can cause several symptoms - most commonly a vague pressure sensation in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen, sometimes radiating to the back. You should see a liver surgical specialist for further consultation.
