I had a 4mm appendicolith show on a ct on feb.18, 2014. can a appendicolith flush out of appendix? right sided pain not typical.

Not really: Appendix is a small tube attached to a part of the colon called cecum appendicolith is a hard stool gut trapped in the lumen of the appendix can cause nothing or pain or acute appendix that could lead to rupture and infection that could be life threatening depend on the symptoms the surgeon will decide if it need any intervention but no it does not flush out.
