See answer: Irritation of prostate (non-bacterial prostatitis) not uncommon in your age group. Can help this by drinking plenty of water; reducing stress; avoiding caffeine (coffee, pop, tea), spicy foods, alcohol, fruit juices; warm sitz baths; and taking otc Ibuprofen or naproxen. An std should be considered/tested for if sexually active and primary symptoms are burning with urination and urethral discharge.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
