Afraid: Many people are to some extent. If you let it prevent you from seeking and obtaining proper dental care, then you will suffer more in the end. I find if you get a recommendation for a skilled and caring dentist, they can help allay your fears and walk you through the process. If you can't even get to make the appointment, speak to therapist. You will be happier in the end, not to mention healthier.
