What you eating: You should look at what you are eating. Highly processed foods low in fiber will raise your blood sugar quickly. Fresh fruits and vegetables, beans and whole grains, less likely to raise blood sugar as much because of their fiber content. Read labels and learn more about fiber in your food. Eat whole foods to improve your blood sugars.
