Ear plugs to bed: Why are you wearing headphones to bed? You can use soft ear plugs that are maleable and fit comfortably into the ear canal to muffle noise but I would not recommend wearing headphones or ear plugs to bed for listening to music as you will irritate the ear canal and possibly damage your hearing due to constant noise exposure.
