Bacterial vaginosis: BV can cause an off-white vaginal discharge with a fishy odor. Alternatively, it can cause a discharge without much odor, or it can cause no symptoms whatsoever. To know whether you have it, you would need to see your doctor for a vaginal swab of the discharge for lab analysis.
