Strep Throat : can present with red swollen tonsils with white exudates or pus. There may be small red dots on the roof of the mouth toward the back. Lymph nodes in neck may be enlarged and tender. This is accompanied by throat pain & ^'ed pain with swallowing. Fever, fatigue, headache, rash. Children may present with abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting.
