Could my eye clears 6/6 distant vision without glasses?

Perfect vision: If you are what we call emmetropic, then you can see 6/6 without the need for eyeglasses. If your eyes do not see perfectly, you might need eyeglasses to get to 6/6.

Maybe: If your blurry vision is due to a medical problem like cataract or dry eye, and you fix the problem, then your vision may return to perfect 6/6 (20/20 in the US). If you need glasses, then only glasses, contact lenses, or refractive surgery will return you to 6/6 distance vision.
