A 32-year-old member asked:
Could you who wears glasses restore their vision through eye exercises?

No: Unfortunately, we cannot make our eyes better with exercises. Our glasses needs are based on the amount of refractive error our eyes have from nearsightedness, farsightedness, or astigmatism. There is no way (besides surgically) to improve this.

Depends: There are a few disorders that do benefit somewhat from eye muscle exercises. These are very few. Most exercises will not cause any harm though.
