Nope: Cannabis can not cure cancer - period. People who smoke pot still die to cancer. They are probably just too high to know they are dying from it.

No: Some people who have severe nausea related to cancer treatments may use cannabis for that side effect. But, cannabis is not a treatment or cure for cancer.
