Ipeacac: Most pharmacies will sell to a person 18 or older. Depends on pharmacy and specific state laws. FDA ruled April 2013 that it would available without RX in 1 oz bottles but did not specify any age of sale, so it is legal to buy at any age. CITE: 21CFR201.308
