Some folks do not: Know that adults can have adhd also. Some mental health professionals specialize in this and that would be the type of professional to see. Work on time management, exercise, have a good and health diet. Tell the folks closest to you if you are comfortable doing that so that they can try to be more patient w/you. Peace and good health.

Tips: Get a good amount of sleep - at least 8 hours per night. Eat a well balanced diet, with a protein source at each meal. Keep a consistent schedule.
