Specializes in Child Psychiatry

Depends upon: Degree of impact on work, relationships, operating a motor vehicle, etc. Skill development is necessary regardless of medication & some are able to use skills to compensate for adhd impact. Medication properly prescribed is necessary & beneficial for most individuals. Obtain evaluation & work with professional to develop an individualized treatment plan for best response & function.
