Dairy and wheat: If you get diarrhea or a lot of gas after drinking milk or diary product, then you have lactose intolerance, then you should avoid dairy. Wheat is gluten, and symptom of allergy can be more subtle, mild stomach upset, or microscopic intestinal bleeding. But you can test your blood for gluten antibody.
