Unhealthy lifestyle: Hi. The typical American diet is part of an unhealthy lifestyle full of fast food, processed food, white bread, saturated fat, & simple sugar. Might I suggest whole grains, legumes, nuts, healthy oils (canola & olive), fruits & veggies, lean meats, nonfat dairy?! And regular exercise. Healthy lifestyle would go a long way toward fixing the epidemic of obesity & type 2 diabetes seen in the world!
