Sinus communication: Test to see if the roots of the extracted tooth went into the sinus and the removal of the tooth has resulted in a communication between the oral and sinus cavities. If so then suturing the site and or bone grafting can be done to close the perforation. Also antibiotics to minimize the risk of infection maybe indicated.
