Conception: Inability to conceive lasting more than one year, require that the couple undergo basic fertility evaluation. The male need semen analysis and the female need ultrasound on cycle day 2 or 3 for follicular recruitment. The female need FSH, LH, TSH, prolactin level and also hysterosalpingogram. Once your doctor have reviewed the above results, then management can be discussed. Good luck.
