Pray: That is a question for god. But, the outer layer of teeth is an inorganic layer of enamel. To withstand chewing forces, this must be a very hard layer of material. Regenerative organic cell filled tissue would most likely be softer. This is opinion partially. Man has created a softer sugar filled diet. Cavemen didn't have cavities.
