A few more details.: cannot say in your particular case, but generally, things feel numb in small spots where there's been trauma. Scar tissue or pain in a nearby area can make an area feel numb when there isn't any real problem. ALso, small nerves will be cut (somewhat they come back) and very small patches of funny feelings result.
