Numbness: It is not unusual to have some numbness of the upper teeth or the front part of the hard palate after nasal and sinus surgery. This is usually a temporary issue. It may last for a week or two, but could last longer. You should discuss it with your surgeon and see if there's any other reasons for this sensation that you have.
