Not real high: The national institute of mental health estimates eating disorders in adolescents to be about 1.7% (1 in 60), counting anoerxia, bulimia, and other disorders centered on poor eating. If one counts obesity as an eating disorder, then the number in the us skyrocket, because that has risen to nearly 20% by age 18 now.
