Do you know which would be a better sweetening replacement for sugar - cinnamon or nutmeg?

Neither: Cinnamon and nutmeg are not sweet enough to replace sugar - that's why sugar is added to them in baking recipes. If you are looking for a natural sweetener to replace sugar, try stevia or monk fruit.
