Emancipate: Many young people are born into intolerable family situations. If your physician can't get everyone to sit down and be reasonable, survival often depends on your humoring them and pretending to love them until you have a marketable skill and can escape. This is a hard, ugly fact. Adult friends may offer help. If you're grown & it's your wife / kids / extended family -- couples counseling;

Please consider this: ...with respect to stress you may be feeling from family: 1) Appreciate what you have. Its human nature to spotlight what's wrong, so do yourself the big favor--pause & acknowledge the good things; 2) Practice being engaged.
