Sleep hygiene tips: Its best to go to bed at about the same time each night. Do not watch tv or check the ipad, etc. As these things can make your mind race. Eat 3-4 hrs prior to bed, otherwise acid reflux may be a problem. Do not exercise prior to bedtime. Try to set a pattern. Go to bed in a quiet, dark, comfortable temperature room.
