When a blood cultuce results comes back saying you have malaria +3, does that mean hiv positive as well?

Not related: The test for malaria is where a thin film of blood is examined through a microscope after being stained and the number of red blood cells that are infected with the malaria parasite are counted. 3+ would mean a fairly high number. This test has no relation to an HIV test, which is entirely different.
