Stop pain?: Paracetamol is what the British call Tylenol (acetaminophen).Paracetamol codeine phosphate is Tylenol (acetaminophen) with Codeine. It's a reliever for moderate to severe pain & quite effective. If you abuse it, it can have the side-effects of codeine overdose (sedation, respiratory depression, death) or Tylenol (acetaminophen) overdose: acute liver toxicity and possible death. Use as prescribed, only.
