Twitching : Muscle twitching or fasciculation in the absence of weakness or atrophy (thinning of the muscle) is a common benign occurrence. The tingling and hot sensation in the hand/ leg could indicate some form of nerve function problem. The cause of the twitching may be related to the tingling sensation. This could be due to compression, or neuropathy. Check with your doctor for correct diagnosis.
