Need semen analysis: One testis is all that is needed for fertility in most cases. If it seems there is a problem then a semen analysis would be needed.

Worry a little: Your penis length is actually close to average when erected and you should have no problem with fertility with one testis barring other abnormalities. I am more concerned as to whether you have an undescended testis in your body and this needs to be removed because it may become cancerous.
