Heart rate: if you had tests the "strong" beat should have been identified. I am not sure what you mean by a strong beat. Is your heart rate regular or is the strong beat an early or skipped beat? The fast heart rate, if always present, is another issue. All these questions can be answered fully by a cardiologist if you have not seen one. Though you have had "tests", your testing may have been incomplete.
