Sacroiliac joint: Pain between your "bumps"? Not sure what you mean by that. I can say that the most common reason for low back and buttock pain during pregnancy is sacroiliac joint pain. A pm;r physician can perform a sacroiliac joint injection in the office without xray (fluoroscopy) if you have clearance from your ob-gyn that injectable corticosteroid is okay.
