Low urine output: Your low urine volume may be due to several factors. You have cirrhosis of the liver and probably have a low Albumin level, which would make you retain fluid. You may be ingesting too much water and/or salt, promoting edema formation. You may need to have more dytor, 10 to 20 mg daily, up from the 5 mg you are now taking. Speak to your doctor to see what would increase your output in your case.

May need more!: If you are correct in saying that you lose 200-600 ml more output than input, your weight should reflect this. Your weight should be going down 1/2 to 1 lb every day. Check your weight daily, if you are not losing weight, you will need to increase the dose to 10 mg daily or more while consulting with your physician. On the other hand, if your weight is going down slowly, edema is bound to improve!
