Depends: For that sperm problem Clomid (clomiphene) will not help you become pregnant. The treatment is likely ivf with icsi or maybe sperm extraction surgically. I presume you also have irregular periods. Clomid (clomiphene) can help with that. You start with one pill a day and go up only if needed since more pills can be harmful to getting pregnant in some women.
