Ovulation: Clomid (clomiphene) is often used to cause ovulation. Ovulation can be latter in the cycle than in a textbook 28 day cycle. If you have not ovulated in a while, then it could be painful or because of multiple ovulations. Best wishes. See your specialist for more details.
