Assess goals: It seems strange to have take emergency contraception one month and then trying to conceive the next. Maybe you should take some time and reflect upon your future plans. Make sure this is the right time for you and your partner to have a baby. If so then just relax and have sex frequently. There is no reason to "try" or track ovulation your first month of trying. Just enjoy this special time.
