Concern i have diabetes, eat a lot, tired weak and vision changes. 21 male. been happening for 2 months. stomach, esophagus inflamed. something wrong?

Yes wrong, see Dr: Might not be diabetes, might be body trying to reduce discomfort in GI tract w/food. Either way, need seen by dr for good evaluation and diagnosis / treatment plan. May need to go to GI eventually if ppi & conservative approach doesn't work for GI portion of symptoms. See your dr / urgent care / er.

See your doctor: Diabetes is actually easy to test for. If your concerned, get tested. The symptoms you describe, though, really don't bring diabetes to mind. What you're describing is more consistent with a bad diet and reflux. In any case, see your doctor to confirm what's actually going on. After that, an appropriate plan of treatment can be made.
