Not really: Mvp is a very common condition in women, over diagnosed in the 80's and 90's. The echo doppler is a very sensitive tool to find "valvular leaks= regurgitation" the fact that the leaks are "mild" make them more likely without clinical significance and should not be a contraindication for vaginal delivery. Discuss with your pcp.
